Practicalities

Carrefour

Classic French supermarket, complete with a large liquor/beer/wine section.

Beldi Shop

Cute, family-run place for a bio lunch, and a top spot for stocking up on local organic vegetables.

Medina Market

In the Medina head for Avenue Mohamed Zerktouni. This is where local Moroccans shop for their fruit, veg, bread, and meat. Bring a big bag so you don’t leave with multiple little plastic ones.

Fish Market

For the adventurous, stroll to the end of the Port, pick your fresh catch and have it grilled at a small, simple restaurant at the end of the port, or take it home, of course.
